Mercy International Ministry’s Corporation Amendment to By-laws In reference to Article 3, Directors Section 5 c – It says that Angela Micelli Suarez reserves the right to appoint and or replace member(s) by a minimum of one or no more that three members. This gives to much power to one individual thus we are amending this statement by removing this paragraph from our By-laws.
