Pearl House of Peace , our prototype cooperative house, is in need of some special folks.
You must be responsible, accountable and willing to help us gently build people and the organization - though have some of our own challenges as well - just higher functioning than most of our members. Due to the fact that we are a self-help type organization, positions require you to live in community and solidarity with our members to serve and be served. Presently, we are not offering any stipends or salaries. We have plans to offer stipends and salaries to some members in key positions in the future when funding is available. Initially, you will be on visitor status. This is our way of assimilating anyone into our community whom uses our services and potentially will become a member.
